1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice).
  • Products such as customized, made-to-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@info.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • After approval, our team will coordinate pickup or request you to send the product back to our warehouse address.
  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Once verified, we will process the refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified period, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider — processing may take additional time.
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@info.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us within 7 days of delivery, and we will process your request subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after receiving the item.
